Free Trials

YirenStudios offers free trials for select plans, allowing you to explore our Platform before committing to a paid subscription:

  • No Payment Required: Free trials do not require payment information upfront. You can explore the Platform risk-free.
  • Trial Duration: Trial periods vary by plan and are clearly stated during signup. Typical trial periods range from 7 to 30 days.
  • Automatic Conversion: If you provide payment information during the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends without being charged. Simply navigate to your account settings or contact our support team.

Paid Services & Subscriptions

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for paid subscriptions are granted only under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Functionality: The Platform is completely non-functional or inaccessible for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end.
  • Major Bugs: Critical bugs or technical issues prevent you from using core features of the Platform, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days).
  • Billing Errors: You were charged incorrectly due to a system error or duplicate transaction.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer wish to use the service or have found an alternative solution.
  • Lack of Use: You did not use the Platform during your subscription period.
  • User Error: Issues caused by incorrect usage, failure to follow instructions, or incompatible systems.
  • Partial Billing Periods: Refunds are not prorated for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by third-party integrations, internet connectivity, or external services.

Custom Automations & Bespoke Templates

Custom work, including bespoke templates, personalized automations, and tailored solutions, is subject to different refund terms:

  • Non-Refundable After Work Begins: Once custom work has started (design, development, or implementation), it is non-refundable. This is because custom work is tailored specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold or reused.
  • Deposit Policy: Custom projects may require an upfront deposit (typically 50% of the total cost). This deposit is non-refundable once work commences.
  • Revisions: We offer a reasonable number of revisions (as agreed upon in the project scope) to ensure the final deliverable meets your expectations. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel a custom project after work has begun, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-recoverable costs incurred.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • How to Cancel: Navigate to your account settings and select "Cancel Subscription," or contact our support team at yirenstudios@gmail.com.
  • Access Until End of Billing Period: After cancellation, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
  • No Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
  • Data Retention: Your account data will be retained for a grace period (typically 30 days) after cancellation. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.

Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all issues before offering refunds. If you encounter problems with our service:

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Chargeback Fees: You may be responsible for chargeback fees and administrative costs if the dispute is found to be unjustified.
