Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using YirenStudios.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YirenStudios ("Platform," "Service," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YirenStudios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YirenStudios. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use YirenStudios.
Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Account Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.
Account Activity: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
No Account Sharing: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person or entity.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Reverse EngineeringDecompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
Malicious ActivityIntroduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code to the Platform.
Unauthorized AccessAttempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or networks.
Content TheftCopy, distribute, or share proprietary templates or AI models without permission.
Automated AbuseUse bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Platform without authorization.
Illegal ContentUpload or create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the business content, data, and materials you create, upload, or generate using YirenStudios. By using our Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Our Content

YirenStudios retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all templates, AI models, algorithms, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Platform become our property. We may use such feedback without any obligation to compensate you or provide attribution.

Payment Terms

Subscription Fees: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription settings in your account dashboard.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, we may delete your account data after a reasonable grace period. We recommend exporting your data before terminating your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Guarantees that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content or results.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YIRENSTUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content; or (iv) any other matter relating to the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YirenStudios operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
